OneTalentWorld ("we," "us") provides recruitment services. This page explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

• Hiring inquiries. Name, work email, company, role title, role type, location, number of positions, role description, and timeline.
• Job applications. Name, email, phone (optional), location, years of experience, LinkedIn URL (optional), resume file, and an optional note.
• General messages. Name, email, reason for contact, and message text.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) used to diagnose issues and prevent abuse. We do not use these for advertising.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, to evaluate candidates against open roles, to share relevant shortlists with our client companies, and to operate the site. We do not sell your information.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database. Resume files are stored in private cloud storage and are accessible only to the OneTalentWorld team via short-lived signed links.

How long we keep it

We retain submissions for as long as needed to operate our recruitment work, generally up to 24 months from your last activity. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

How to request deletion

Email hello@onetalentworld.com from the address you used to contact us. We will confirm and remove your records within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses minimal first-party storage required for normal browsing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
