Senior Business Analyst

Our client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst based in Austin, TX. This is a full-time role with a remote work mode.

What you'll do

• Map current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain backlog of business improvement initiatives and prioritize with leadership.
• Run UAT cycles for new system rollouts and document findings.
• Build executive-facing decks that summarize findings and recommend a path forward.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear specs.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort facilitating workshops with non-technical stakeholders.
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Strong written communication; you can write a one-pager that an exec will read.

Nice to have

• Industry-specific experience aligned with the role.
• Six Sigma / Lean training.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucid).
