About the role
Our client is hiring a Marketing Coordinator II based in Austin, TX. This is a full-time role with a on-site work mode.
What you'll do
- Maintain marketing calendars and traffic creative through internal review.
- Update website CMS, landing pages, and event microsites.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
- Pull weekly performance reports and flag noteworthy trends.
- Coordinate execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.
What you'll bring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and a CMS (WordPress, Webflow).
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, assistant, or specialist role.
Nice to have
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite or Canva skills.
- Knowledge of SEO basics.
- Experience with event coordination.
