About the role

Our client is hiring a Lead Business Operations Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.

What you'll do

  • Author leadership briefings, board materials, and weekly business reviews.
  • Partner with Finance on planning, headcount, and resource allocation.
  • Identify high-leverage process improvements and lead the rollouts.
  • Run cross-functional initiatives that touch GTM, product, and finance.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards used by the leadership team.

What you'll bring

  • Strong analytical skills — Excel and SQL at a minimum.
  • Excellent written communication; you can write a clear executive brief.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • 8+ years in BizOps, strategy, consulting, or a closely related role.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
  • MBB, Big 4, or banking background.
  • Experience scaling a SaaS company past Series B.
