About the role
Our client is hiring a Lead Business Operations Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a contract role with a hybrid work mode.
What you'll do
- Author leadership briefings, board materials, and weekly business reviews.
- Partner with Finance on planning, headcount, and resource allocation.
- Identify high-leverage process improvements and lead the rollouts.
- Run cross-functional initiatives that touch GTM, product, and finance.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards used by the leadership team.
What you'll bring
- Strong analytical skills — Excel and SQL at a minimum.
- Excellent written communication; you can write a clear executive brief.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- 8+ years in BizOps, strategy, consulting, or a closely related role.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
- MBB, Big 4, or banking background.
- Experience scaling a SaaS company past Series B.
